How it works

From every call to your morning plan — here's exactly how.

Not "a clear summary" and "powerful insights." The real thing: watch one call become a summary on the record, then land on your morning list. No dashboards to dig through, no calls to re-listen to.

Call → Summary → Morning list → Email
Call · 6:42
1 · Call captured (xx-xxx-xxxx)
2 · Summary written onto the record
3 · Lands on today's priority list
4 · Delivered to inbox / WhatsApp

One call, start to finish

Here's what happens to a single call.

One real call, masked, end to end — so you're not taking our word for it.

CRM record · Call summary

The next step
After the call ends, this writes itself onto the record — no one types it.
Tomorrow morning · Priority list
Call · 6:42
Customer (xx-xxx-xxxx) · objection raised · needs reply
Competitor mention · 3 calls this week
Rep coaching · next-step missed twice
The next morning, the part that needs you is already on your list — with the call attached as proof.

That's the whole loop: the call happened, the summary wrote itself, and the one thing worth your attention surfaced — without anyone re-listening to a minute of audio.

Anatomy of a summary

Not "a summary." This summary.

Every call write-up carries the same useful parts — so you can scan it in seconds and know exactly where to look.

The next step
  • What was discussed
The thread of the conversation, in plain language.
  • What went well
What the rep or agent handled right — credit where it's due.
  • What to flag
The one or two things worth your attention. Evidence attached.
  • Objections raised
What pushed back — price, timing, fit — and how it landed.
  • Competitor mentions
Who else came up in the call, and the context.
  • The next step
What was agreed, or what should happen next.

The pipeline

From spoken words to your inbox, step by step.

No black box. Here's the actual path every call takes.

  1. 1
    Captured

The call is recorded — on the office line or on the Android handset (see below).

  2. 2
    De-identified

Identifying details are stripped before anything goes to AI.

  3. 3
    Understood

The conversation is read against your business, not a generic script. Gets deeper as the recurring-pattern intelligence rolls out.

  4. 4
    Flagged

What went well, what to fix, what to watch — with the evidence kept.

  5. 5
    Assembled

The day's flags are pulled into one short priority list.

  6. 6
    Delivered

It lands on the record, on your morning list, and in your inbox or WhatsApp.

Capture

Your office lines and your team's mobiles — both covered.

Office lines · Synapse

On your office lines.

Your office telephony already runs through Enjay's Synapse system, so the call is captured there — on the line itself. Nothing changes for whoever's on the call.

Mobile · Android

On Android mobiles.

For reps and agents on the move, the call is captured on the Android phone itself, then handed to Saaransh. Same summary, same morning list — whether the call happened at a desk or in the field.

Works on most major Android brands. On the rare phone we can't capture from the handset, your office-line setup still catches those calls. We'll confirm your team's exact devices in the demo.

Straight answer

iPhone and WhatsApp calls? We can't — and we'll tell you why.

Apple and Meta restrict call recording at the operating-system level. That isn't a Saaransh limitation — it's a platform one, and no tool can capture those calls cleanly. We'd rather tell you that plainly than promise something that quietly doesn't work. Everything else — every office line, every Android call — we capture and analyse today.

Why it's sharp

It reads each call against four things — not a generic script.

"Learns your business" isn't a slogan. Saaransh understands every call across four layers:

1 · The conversation

What was actually said on this call.

2 · Your company

How you sell, serve, and what you care about.

3 · Products & process

What you offer and how a good call should go.

4 · The person

The rep or agent, and how they're growing over time.

That's the difference between a generic transcript and a read that actually fits how you run.

Why most tools stop short

Everyone can hand you data. We hand you the decision.

Recording gives you audio. Transcription gives you text. Dashboards give you charts. All of it is data — and data still needs someone with hours to spare to turn it into a decision. Saaransh does that last step: it doesn't just store the call or transcribe it, it tells you the one thing to do about it. That's the work that never got done before — not because tools couldn't capture, but because capturing was never the same as deciding.

Getting started

The first few weeks, it learns to think like your best manager.

Setup isn't a switch you flip alone, and it isn't an IT project either. We set Saaransh up with you. Then the first weeks are a learning period: it starts flagging calls, your team corrects it — "that's not critical for us," "you missed this one" — and it adjusts to your definitions. Mark a "critical" call as routine once, and it remembers. The more your team uses it, the sharper it gets, until it reads your calls the way your best manager would.

That's why Saaransh is demo-led, not a cold free trial. A tool still learning your business on day one wouldn't show its best — so we show you on your real calls, then tune it to you.

And that learning stays yours — it sharpens Saaransh for your team only, never pooled with anyone else. How we handle your data →

How we think about it

No scores. No rankings. Just what happened — and what to do next.

Saaransh isn't a scoreboard, and it never will be. Every flag comes with the evidence behind it, so coaching is a conversation, not an accusation — and good calls get noticed, not just the bad ones. It's the reason your team trusts it instead of working around it.
