Security & Privacy
Your conversations aren't ours to keep.
We analyse. Your CRM stores. You stay in control.
How your data actually moves
Five steps. No mystery.
Processed in India
Your conversations are processed in India, on Google's Vertex AI India data centre.
Analysed, then deleted
The recording is analysed — then deleted. Saaransh doesn't keep it.
Handed to your CRM
The summary and tasks go to your CRM, stored in your system, under your control.
Reports kept for you
Saaransh keeps the reports and alerts it generates, so you can look back — stored in India too.
Consent, handled
Consent is yours to give your customers. We hand you the DPDP documentation to help.
For your team
Built to train. Not to police.
Is this employee surveillance?
No. Saaransh is built to train, not police — to help people improve, not catch them out.
Do you listen to my calls to judge people?
Saaransh reads conversations to help, not judge. It hands the leader coaching direction — not a verdict on a person.
Can I use it to catch underperformers and fire people?
No. Saaransh isn't a firing tool — it surfaces where people need support, so you can help them improve. People decisions stay human.
Does the manager approve what Saaransh does?
Yes. Nothing is sent or assigned without a person saying yes.
For regulated businesses
Reading a call isn't the same as recording one.
Whatever you're regulated by, Saaransh reads the recording you already keep — it doesn't create, satisfy, or replace your compliance record. If you're an MFD or RIA specifically: there's no SEBI standard that applies to call-recording analysis. The real requirement, for everyone, is DPDP and one-party consent — we help with both.
