About

We built Saaransh because we needed it.

Saaransh is made by Enjay — a team that's helped Indian businesses run their sales and support since 1999. We didn't set out to build conversation AI. We set out to fix a problem on our own teams, and it worked well enough that we made it a product.

Who we are

Helping teams run better since 1999.

Since 1999, Enjay has built and supported the tools Indian businesses use to run their customer-facing teams — Sangam CRM and Synapse telephony among them — on the ground, not just over email. Today that's a base of 5,000+ customers across India who trust us with the systems their teams use every day.

More about Enjay ↗

The origin

The gap we kept hitting ourselves.

We run sales and support teams of our own. And like every manager, we couldn't be in every conversation — so things slipped: objections we never heard, customers who quietly drifted, coaching that never happened because nobody had time to listen back to calls. Recording everything didn't help; it just made a bigger pile no one could get through. So we built Saaransh to do the part that was actually missing — turn every conversation into something you can act on, without sitting through it.

How we know it works

We use it every day, on our own teams.

Before Saaransh was a product, it was how Enjay coached its own sales and support people. It still is. We're honest that Saaransh is young — a handful of early customers run on it alongside us — but it's earned its place by proving itself where we could see every result: at home.

What we believe

Understanding, not surveillance.

Understanding beats watching

Tools that watch people get worked around. Tools that help them get used.

Evidence, not accusation

Every flag comes with the proof behind it — coaching is a conversation, not a verdict. No scores, no rankings.

Honest about what we do

What's live is live; what's coming, we call coming. We'd rather tell you the real thing than the impressive thing.

You've captured every conversation. Now make them count.

See Saaransh on your own calls — a short demo on your team's real conversations. You'll know within minutes whether it shows you something you couldn't see before.
